With the goal in mind of creating a place where iPhone and iPod Touch artists and coders could pool their work for collective download by the community, I created the the Touch Repo. Starting out as one of the first "non official" repositories for direct download to the user's device was definitely a huge advantage. As were all the people who allowed me to host their work. I can't thank everyone enough. When the Touch Repo was accepted as a "Community Source" and was installed on everybody's device definitely was a high point for me, and the ipodtouchfans< community, with whom I worked very closely. I managed to reach a bandwidth of over three terabytes per month worth of data transferred. That's a lot of downloads!

I've since stopped my services as a repository host, passing my packages onto the BigBoss for hosting. This has allowed me to focus more on making applications for the iPhone, such as PocketTouch, FontSwap, and StatusStyle.

I will continue to host the theme and apps that were on PocketTouch, as well as any new ones that come my way. Just send an email over my way at Touch Repo (at) gmail (dot) com.
